Based on the deep analysis of the reasons,advantages and disadvantages of this tendency,this study indicated that the idea of "Heath first" can be seen as a kind of explanation in a metaphysical way,which has negative effects for the development of PE curriculum reform and health education at school.

Students ideological educational work must combine education with life organically,realize the ideal regression of education in life and life with education and promote students ability in bearing setbacks and adjusting mood.

Therefore, humanized teaching methods and teaching materials should be used to give full initiative to human nature and humanism so that an exciting result can be achieved in the English language teaching and learning.
