本研究在干旱胁迫处理和正常浇水两个条件下,对28份棉花材料进行了抗旱农艺性状考查,测定了与抗旱相关的各项生理指标;为了对供试材料作进一步的分析,本试验又利用微卫星(SSR)技术,对28份棉花材料进行了多样性分析,主要研究结果如下: (1)利用农艺性状聚类分析可将28份棉花材料分为三个类群,其中A-21,49631047,红叶棉,农关1号四个棉花材料,属于抗旱性较强的材料;库车96518,新炮1,运93抗393,石阳1号,赵棉203,中R2007,CZ-50,这些棉花材料为敏旱的棉花材料;而其余的17个棉花材料为抗旱性一般的棉花材料。
