花椒 花椒 拼音名：Huajiao 英文名：PERICARPIUM ZANTHOXYLI 书页号：2000年版一部-126 本品为芸香科植物青椒Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc.或花椒Zantho- xylum bungeanum Maxim.的干燥成熟果皮。秋季采收成熟果实，晒干，除去种子及杂质 。
【性状】
青椒 多为2～3个上部离生的小{骨}{突}果，集生于小果梗上，{骨}{突} 果球形，沿腹缝线开裂，直径3～4mm。外表面灰绿色或暗绿色，散有多数油点及细密的网 状隆起皱纹；内表面类白色，光滑。内果皮常由基部与外果皮分离。残存种子呈卵形，长 3～4mm，直径2～3mm，表面黑色，有光泽。气香，味微甜而辛。 花椒 {骨}{突}果多单生，直径4 ～5mm 。外表面紫红色或棕红色，散有多数疣状突起 的油点，直径0.5～1mm，对光观察半透明；内表面淡黄色。香气浓，味麻辣而持久。
【鉴别】
取本品粉末2g，加乙醚10ml，充分振摇，浸渍过夜，滤过，滤液挥至约1ml， 作为供试品溶液。另取花椒对照药材2g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B） 试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以正已烷-醋酸乙酯（4：1） 为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯（365nm）下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材 色谱相应的位置上，显相同的红色荧光主斑点。
【含量测定】
照挥发油测定法（附录Ⅹ D）测定。 本品含挥发油不得少于1.5%（ml/g)。
【炮制】
花椒 除去椒目、果柄等杂质。 炒花椒 取净花椒，照清炒法（附录Ⅱ D），炒至有香气。
【性味与归经】
辛，温。归脾、胃、肾经。
【功能与主治】
温中止痛，杀虫止痒。用于脘腹冷痛，呕吐泄泻，虫积腹痛，蛔 虫症；外治湿疹瘙痒。
【用法与用量】
3～6g。外用适量，煎汤熏洗。
【贮藏】
置通风干燥处。
