1 目的
通过对模具的安装、调试及取卸作业进行规范，从而确保设备、人身安全，并稳定生产出合格产品。
2 适用范围
本规范适用于模具的安装、调试及取卸作业。
3 作业要求
序号 作业程序 作业方法 注意事项
1 将滑块下降至下死点 A. 将行程选开关切换至“寸动”位置。B. 用“双手按钮”将滑块下降至下死点。 操作时注意观察曲轴的角度指示计，以确保滑块在过下死点1～2度位置停止。
2 查看冲床的装模高度 A. 查看模具的合模高度。B. 把冲床的装模高度调至高出模具的合模高度（如加垫铁，则加上垫铁高度）5～10mm。 如冲床的装模高度低于模具的合模高度或模具高度加垫铁厚度之和，则模具的安装调试时容易将模具损坏。
3 模具安装面的检查、修整及清理 A 要认真清理冲床滑块底面、工作台及模柄孔上的杂质和铁屑。B. 修整工作台及垫铁不平表面。C. 清理模具表面。D. 确认气垫装置。 A. 注意工作台表面是否凸凹不平，如不平用油石进行修整。B. 确认模柄固定螺栓是否完好。C, 使用气垫时确认气垫顶杆是否变形，放置位置是否适宜，长度是否适宜，是否夹废料。
4 模具放置在冲床的工作台上 A. 用适宜的搬运工具搬运模具。B, 滑块提升至上死点，放置模具。C. 确认模具的安装方向、结构、状态等。 搬运模具时将叉车的叉子放低后搬运模具。
5 模具的安装 A. 模具安装在工台中心，并调整位置、方向。B. 确认垫铁位置。C, 按下电机的“停止”按钮，当行程速度20SPM左右时，利用飞轮的惯性，慢慢下降滑块，将模柄装入滑块的模柄孔中。 A. 顺送模具送料方向的中心线与材料的中心线应保持一致。B. 确认模具的落料孔位置，以防被垫铁堵住。并避免垫铁之间跨距过大，造成模具变形。C. 注意利用“寸动”行程操作！
6 粗调闭合高度 A. 完全松开模柄螺栓。B. 下降滑块，使之靠上上模表面。 A. 用手推一推，查模具是否移动。B 必须在下死点进行操作。C. 有刻印、防弹凸台、弯曲、拉深模具必须放件进行调试。
7 固定上模 A. 首先确认模具固定装置。B, 对角固定模具2处或许处。C. 拧紧模柄固定螺栓。
