性质:一般指高于普通形状记忆合金工作温度上限的形状记忆合金。高温形状记忆合金是在TiNi中加入Au,Pt或Pd取代Ni,用以提高相变点。其中有实用价值的是TiNi-Pd系。它有较高形状记忆应变(5%~6%)。随钯含量增加,形状恢复温度As最高可达到560℃。TiNi-Pd高温形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应机理与TiNi记忆合金类似,为热弹性马氏体相变时,相界/畴界作可逆运动,Ti50Nil3Pd37是TiNi-Pd系高温记忆合金的一种,形状恢复温度As为347℃,相变热滞为8℃,形状记忆应变为6%,室温和350℃断裂强度分别为1112MPa和918MPa。
