补充资料:丁香酚
又名丁香酚、丁香油酚。学名1-羟基-2-甲氧基-4-烯丙基苯、4-烯丙基-2-甲氧基苯酚。无色至淡黄色液体。分子量164.20。密度1.07g/cm3。熔点l0.3℃。沸点253℃。闪点110℃。几乎不溶于水。溶于大多数有机溶剂。以1:2溶于60%乙醇。具有强烈的类似丁子香的香气,味辛辣。
生产方法:主要采用提取法。以丁子香油、肉桂叶油为原料,先用氢氧化钠水溶液处理,然后用乙醚萃取,再用稀硫酸酸化,最后经洗涤、蒸馏而得。
用途:酚类合成香料。是康乃馨型香精的调合基料。广泛用作香石竹、玫瑰及东方型香精的调合香料。也是制造香兰素的合成原料。还可用作香皂香料。
