制备方法:由2-氯吩噻嗪[92-39-7]缩合、成盐而得。1.缩合在反应锅中加入2-氯吩噻嗪和甲苯,再加入氢氧化钠,搅拌加热回流,脱除水分,在110℃滴加1-氯-3-二甲胺基丙烷的甲苯溶液,将反应物减压回收甲苯,即得氯丙嗪,C17H19CIN2S,[50-53-3]。2.成盐 将氯丙嗪和异丙醇搅拌加热至40℃,通入干燥的氯化氢至pH4-5,即成盐得到盐酸氯丙嗪。
用途:本品是吩噻类药物中的代表性药物。对中枢神经系统,小剂量有安定作用,大剂量连续使用有抗精神病作用,本品抑制丘脑下体温调节中枢,使体温随环境温度升降,配合其他药物,使体温降至正常体温之下,代谢降低,称人工冬眠。主要用于抗精神病、加强催眠剂、麻醉剂、镇痛剂及抗惊厥剂的作用。又可用于对呕吐和顽固性呃逆的镇吐及引起人工冬眠等。
