【功用主治】
固精，顺气，消积，散瘀。治遗精，白带，疝气，疳积，痈肿，金疮出血。 ①《分类草药性》："治男子遗精，女子白带，顺气散瘀。治一切头晕，补气，炖肉服。" ②《四川中药志》："顺气，消积，化痰，散瘀血，消痈肿。治金创出血，膀胱疝气。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，1～2两。
【宜忌】
《四川中药志》："湿热滞涩者及孕妇勿用。"
【选方】
①治男子遗精，女子白带：地茄子、金樱子、白果根、刺梨根、粉子头。共炖肉服。 ②治子宫脱垂：地茄子、三匹风、刘寄奴。炖猪肚子服。 ③治小儿疳积：地茄子、柑子刺。蒸猪肝服。(①方以下出《四川中药志》) ④治角膜溃疡：铜锤玉带草鲜果实取汁点眼。(《云南中草药》)
