甘蓝 Brassica oleracea;wild root 十字花科(Cruciferae)芸薹属一年生或二年生草本。包括结球甘蓝、花椰菜、球茎甘蓝、青花菜、羽衣甘蓝。甘蓝类蔬菜起源于地中海沿岸,由野生甘蓝演化而来。广泛栽培的主要是结球甘蓝和花椰菜。
甘蓝根为直根系,多分枝。茎在抽薹开花前为缩短茎,上面簇生许多叶片,不向内弯曲,呈莲座状,称莲座叶或外叶;多数为绿色或灰绿色,少数紫红色;近圆形或倒卵圆形。叶面光滑无毛,有蜡粉;少数品种叶面绉缩,称绉叶甘蓝。结球甘蓝又称洋白菜、卷心菜、包心菜。喜冷凉气候,生长最适温度为15~20℃,在5~10℃的情况下也能缓慢生长。比较湿润的栽培环境对生长有利,土壤湿度以70%~80%为宜。充足的阳光有利于生长、发育。对土壤的适应性较广,但以含有机质较多的壤土为好。生长期间的主要害虫有蚜虫、菜青虫、小菜蛾、甘蓝夜盗蛾等。主要病害有病毒病、黑腐病等。除作蔬菜食用外,外叶是良好的饲料。 |
