| 胶凝材料 cementing material 在物理、化学作用下，由塑性浆体变成坚硬固体，并能胶结其他物料成为一定强度的复合固体的物质。又称胶结材料。分为有机和无机两类。前者主要有沥青和各种树脂，后者按其硬化条件又分为水硬性和非水硬性两种。水硬性胶凝材料和水成浆后，能胶结砂石等材料并在空气和水中硬化 ，通常称为水泥。非水硬性胶凝材料只能在空气中硬化，又称气硬性胶凝材料，如石灰、石膏、镁质胶凝材料等。土木建筑工程中常用的胶凝材料有沥青和各种无机材料。 沥青是由不同分子量的碳氢化合物及其非金属衍生物组成的混合物。溶于二硫化碳、氯仿、苯及其他有机溶剂，在常温下呈固体、半固体或液体状态， 褐色或黑褐色，不透气，不导电，耐酸、碱腐蚀，热软冷硬。由沥青制成的玻璃布油毡用作防水护层和防腐护层；沥青混凝土用于铺设路面。 水泥是一种粉状水硬性无机胶凝材料，按其用途和性能分为通用水泥、专用水泥、特性水泥。通用水泥包括普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥、火山灰质硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥和复合硅酸盐水泥，用于一般土木建筑工程。专用水泥指专门用途的水泥，如油井水泥、型砂水泥、道路水泥、砌筑水泥等。特性水泥有比较突出的性能，如快凝快硬水泥、白色水泥、彩色水泥、低热水泥、中热水泥、膨胀水泥、抗硫酸盐水泥、耐火水泥、耐酸水泥、防辐射水泥等。 石灰是以碳酸钙为主要原料，经煅烧排出二氧化碳后所得到的产品，主要成分是氧化钙，称生石灰。将石灰加水消解成氢氧化钙，称消石灰或熟石灰。在建筑工程中用作粉白石灰乳，制备砌筑砂浆或抹灰砂浆，配制硅酸盐制品等。 石膏胶凝材料包括建筑石膏、高强石膏和硬石膏水泥。建筑石膏和高强石膏分别以β型半水石膏和a型半水石膏为主要成分。硬石膏水泥是以天然石膏或煅烧石膏加活化剂制得。石膏胶凝材料用于制备建筑砂浆和各种石膏制品，还用于化工、医疗、工艺美术、金属铸造等领域。 镁质胶凝材料又称氯镁水泥。以菱镁矿或白云石为原料，经适当温度煅烧，制成以氧化镁为硬化组分的粉状物料。使用时加一定浓度的氯化镁溶液调和剂，制成的浆体在空气中即可凝结硬化。镁质胶凝材料硬化快、强度高、表面色泽好，可用苇筋、锯末、刨花等填料制成无缝地板和各种轻质制品。但易反潮挠曲变形，抗水性差，腐蚀金属。 |
