是以荧光素标记取代核素标记而形成的一种新的原位杂交方法。利用已知碱基序列的非核素标记的核酸探针,依据碱基配对原理,通过免疫细胞化学检测体系,在组织切片、细胞间期核或染色体等标本上,进行DNA定性、定位及定量分析。本法快速、安全、灵敏度高,特异性强。
