透天凉 透天凉   针刺手法名。出《针灸大全》。其法将预定针刺深度浅(天部)、中(人部)、深(地部)三层,操作时,由深至浅,每层紧提慢按六次,如此反复几遍(称几度),至病人自觉某一局部或全身有凉感时出针,不揉闭针孔,有泻阳退热的作用。适用于肝阳上亢及温疟、骨蒸痨热等症。凡经施术5-7度后,如无凉感出现,宜即出针,另换它法。
