With polyamide 1010(PA1010) as matrix material and with ester-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) as toughener,PA1010/TPU blends were prepared using a Haake PTW16/25p twin-screw extruder.

白色或微黄色半透明均匀颗粒,半透明结晶形热塑性聚合物。密度1.058/cm3。吸水率1.5%。脆化温度-60℃。热分解温度大于350℃。易溶于苯酚、甲酚、硫酸等极性溶剂。对于烃、脂、低级醇等大部分非极性溶剂稳定。具有自润滑性、高耐磨性及良好的消音性。吸水性小,介电稳定性好。
