醛 aldehyde 在含羰基化合物中,羰基碳原子上结合着两个氢原子或一个氢原子和一个烃基的一类化合物。通式RCHO。R可以是各种饱和的或不饱和的,脂肪族的、脂环的、芳香族的或杂环的各种基团,例如,甲醛(HCHO)、乙醛(CH2CHO)、苯甲醛(C6H5CHO)。除甲醛是气体外,其他所有的醛都是液体或固体。醛的化学性质活泼,能发生许多重要反应,如羰基碳原子容易发生亲核加成反应。a-碳原子上活泼氢可以形成烯醇负离子而发生多种反应。醛的羰基能被还原生成醇或烃,也能被氧化生成酸,与醇反应生成缩醛或半缩醛。许多醛都是极重要的化工原料和试剂,例如甲醛用以制酚醛塑料,乙醛制造醋酸,糠醛制造合成纤维、合成橡胶等。 |
