性质: 为了泄放有害静电的接地。金属导体应直接接地。体积电阻率在1010Ω·m以下、表面电阻率1011Ω以下的非金属体和电导率10-10S/m以上的液体应间接接地。体积电阻率1010~1012Ω·m、表面电阻率1011~1013Ω的非金属体和电导率10-10~10-12S/m的液体除应间接接地外,还应配合必要的静置时间。体积电阻率1012Ω·m以上、表面电阻率1013Ω以上的非金属体和电导率10-12S/m以下的液体除应间接接地外,还应采取屏蔽、电离等防静电措施。静电接地的接地电阻不超过千欧姆即可;对地泄漏电阻不超过兆欧姆即可。
