粮食贮藏 grain storage 粮食收获后至消费前的贮存管理过程。目的在于保持粮食品质和减少损耗。粮食贮藏期间仍具有生理活性,呼吸放出二氧化碳、水分和热能,使粮堆发热、湿度增高,又进一步促使呼吸增强,并为微生物活动提供适宜的条件,从而引起粮食霉烂、变质。危害粮食的微生物有真菌、细菌、放线菌等,以真菌为最大。贮粮害虫也已发现100多种。贮存期间的水分、温度、气体成分和光,对贮粮都有影响。贮前,粮食须经日光曝晒或机械烘干,使含水量降至12.5%~13.5%或更低;并要清除杂质。入库时要合理堆放,并将新粮与陈粮、干粮与湿粮、有虫粮与无虫粮、商品粮与储备粮分开存放。贮藏技术有:①常规贮藏。在仓房内适时通风或密闭保管。②低温贮藏。降低粮食呼吸,限制害虫和微生物活动。③气调贮藏。采用低氧、高氮或高二氧化碳保存。④化学贮藏。利用化学药剂抑制粮食和微生物的生命活动,并消灭贮粮害虫。⑤地下贮藏。为保证粮食安全贮藏,还须防止失火、粉尘爆炸、有毒污染、熏蒸事故、洪涝浸水、鼠雀为害等。 |
