板豆腐2块,肉碎100克,香菇碎50克,洋葱碎少许,蒜茸少许,葱花少许,千层塔叶少许。

鱼露1茶匙,蚝油1茶匙,茄汁2茶匙,高汤5汤匙,白糖半茶匙,麻油1茶匙,食用油250克。

制作:

1.先将板豆腐切块落油锅炸至金黄色干身。

2.用余油炸香千层塔叶待用;起锅爆香蒜茸、洋葱碎、香菇碎、肉碎,喷入绍酒,加入高汤、调料推匀。

3.将煮好的汁芡淋在豆腐干面,再洒入千层塔叶即可。
