The ABS Plant production capacity is increased to 105 kt/a from 50 kt/a by capacity expansion revamp to the 50 kt/a ABS Plant using self-developed ABS production technology of internationally advanced level and through the retrofit to the dryer, gear pump and other auxiliary facilities and addition of equipment as agglomeration autoclave, dehydrator, SAN polymerization autoclave and extruder.
采用自行开发的具有国际先进水平的ABS生产技术对50kt/aABS装置进行扩能改造,通过对干燥器、齿轮泵、其他配套设施的改造和增加附聚釜、脱水机、SAN聚合釜、挤出机等设备,使ABS装置生产能力由50kt/a提高到105kt/a。
