一种利用氯酸盐或亚氯酸盐与盐酸为原料的化学法二氧化氯产生装置。本实用新型包括有一密闭的反应器、中央控制仪表、水射器、原料储罐、计量泵,其特别之处在于:反应器内固定有多层折流挡板,反应器的出口处安装有压力变送器,反应器顶端安装有安全泄压阀。本实用新型的有益效果是:(1)安全性高。(2)收率高,有效地控制反应物的浓度梯度,反应在高负压下进行,有利于二氧化氯的生成,使整个反应向正方向进行,大大提高了反应收率。(3)自动化程度高。
