Creation of dusts in production of penicillins and treatment of dusts contamination are introduced,penicillins on air discharge port are determined,thus realizing zero discharge at the national standard.

In the 350kt/a DAP production plant with two-stage recycle scrubbing to the tail gas from dryersand granulators,scrubbing circuit is introduced,the reasons of scale in scrubbing tower are analyzed and measures are taken to attain the aim of ammonia emission up to the national standard, in which ammonia in tail gas is less than 0.
