生境分布:生于海拔数百米的落叶阔叶林或针阔混交林下。分布于辽宁、吉林和黑龙江。吉林、辽宁、河北、山西引种栽培。俄罗斯、朝鲜也有。日本也多栽培。
用途 肉质根为著名强壮滋补药,适用于调整血压、恢复心脏功能、治疗神经衰弱及身体虚弱等症,也有祛痰、健胃、利尿、兴奋等功效。
