苹果4只,白葡萄酒1杯,水1杯,精制砂糖100克,柠檬汁1大匙,肉桂1-2支,香草冰淇淋适量。
制作:
1、苹果洗净,削皮,纵切成4片,去心。
2、锅中放入苹果和果皮,加入糖浆的材料加热。
3、煮开后用小火继续煮10-15分钟,当果皮颜色浸入果肉后取出皮,熄火冷却。
4、将苹果放入冰箱冷藏,取出盛盘,根据个人喜好加入香草冰淇淋。
