The UV-curable waterborne polyurethane-acrylate emulsion modified by epoxy resin was prepared with toluenediisocyanate(TDI-80) ,polyether(N220) ,dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA) ,1,4-butanediol(BDO) ,epoxy resin and hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA) as the main materials.
结果表明,通过加入适量的环氧树脂,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯乳液的稳定性和耐水性得到明显改善,当二羟甲基丙酸用量为6%左右、环氧树脂用量为4%~8%、中和度为90%~95%时,所得到的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液的外观和稳定性较好。
