rongyan IUhua熔盐氮化(ehlorination in molten salt)待氯化的物料在熔盐介质中与气体氯作用生成无水氯化物的一种卤化冶金方法。其实质是将待氯化粉状物料(氧化物、盐类等)从上部加入熔盐氯化炉内(见熔盐氛化法生产四氛化钦),气体氯以一定流速从底部通过熔盐一与物料的混合层,利用熔盐的循环运动及氯气与气体反应产物的鼓泡搅拌作用,使待氯化物料、还原剂碳和氯气充分接触并发生氯化反应。 熔盐氯化过程是一个气、固、液三相并存的多相反应过程,对固体物料的粒度及其分布、它们在熔盐中的含量、氯气浓度、氯气流速及分布、熔盐层高度等工艺参数有一定的要求,对熔盐的熔点、密度、粘度和表面张力等物理化学性质也有一定的要求,当熔盐因杂质积累而使其正常组成和物理化学性质破坏后,就要更换废熔盐,补加新熔盐。 在前苏联,熔盐氯化已成TICI;的主要生产方法。熔盐氯化在镁生产中用于低水氯化镁的进一步脱水以制取无水氯化镁,以及用于光卤石脱水以生产无水氯化镁。熔盐氯化还用于从饰锯钙钦矿提取担、镜、稀土和钦,从其气态产物中回收TaC15、NbC15(NbOC13)和TICI、,从熔盐中回收稀土。 与竖炉羲化、流态化羲化相比,熔盐氯化的优点在一于:它使用粉状物料,不需经制团和焦化处理,流程短;按炉膛截面积计算,四氯化钦的熔盐氯化日生产能力为竖炉氯化的3~4倍,但小于流态化氯化的日生产能力;由于熔盐具有溶解杂质以及对粉尘的吸附与过滤粉尘的作用,产出的粗四氯化钦含粉尘和Fecl3等杂质少;能处理CaO、MgO含量高的钦物料。其缺点是需不定期地排放.废熔盐并补充新盐。
