| 涂装 paint coating 用涂料在基体材料表面形成有机覆层的材料保护技术。金属基体上的涂装层应有良好的附着性、柔韧性、抗磨失性、抗撞击性、保色性、保泽性、阻挡性、缓蚀性以及与机械产品更新期相近的耐用性。涂装有多种方法，电泳涂覆和静电涂覆适用于成批生产的机械产品；无气涂覆加高压无气喷涂适用于小批生产的大工件；流涂适用于管道内壁。在船舶制造中，刷涂、辊涂和高压无气涂覆并用。涂装过程的温度和相对湿度，对涂料使用性能和涂装层的附着力有很大影响。常用的涂料分为溶剂型和水型两类，是由主要成膜物质（如合成树脂、桐油、漆等）、次要成膜物质（如颜料、金属粉末、填料等）和辅助成膜物质（如溶剂、稀释剂、增塑剂、水等）构成的混合物。此外，还有凡立水（油性清漆）、腊克（树脂清漆）等。涂装前，基体材料常要经过酸洗、喷粒、磷化、铬酸盐化等前处理。涂装后需要固化，有烘干和气干两种方法。 |
