性质:将被涂物作为阴极或阳极与辅助电极一起浸在含有高分子电解质涂料的溶液中,两极间施加一定的电压,利用电极附近溶液pH值因水电解引起的急剧变化,使涂料发生凝析,沉积在工件表面。按工件是阴极还是阳极,分为阴极电泳涂装和阳极电泳涂装。前者使用带正电荷的高分子涂料,后者使用带负电荷的高分子涂料。电泳时通常采用150~400V电压,溶液温度25~30℃,当要求膜厚为20~25μm时,电泳2~3min即可。
