    又名茶油。无色或淡黄色油状液体。密度0.92g/cm3。凝固点-12~-5℃。不溶于水。溶于乙醚、氯仿。不干性油。主要成分为油酸和亚油酸甘油酯。
    生产方法:主要采用压榨精炼法。以油茶的果实油茶籽为原料,先经清洗、轧坯、蒸炒,然后进行压榨,再经精炼而得。
    用途:植物性不干性油。主要用作膏霜类化妆品和润发油等的基质原料,也可用于香皂等的制造。
