酚醛树脂 phenolic resins;Bakelite 酚与醛缩合聚合而成的一类合成树脂。英文缩写PF。它是一种热固性树脂,固化后是体型高分子。酚醛树脂在20世纪初研究成功,随后进行工业生产,成为第一个工业生产的合成高分子品种,并由此开创了合成高分子和塑料工业。酚醛树脂具有较好的绝缘性、耐热性、耐老化性和粘结性,制成增强塑料还显示较好的烧蚀性,价格便宜并易于生产。 酚醛树脂的酚类原料常用苯酚,以及甲酚和其他烷基取代酚、双酚A、间苯二酚等;醛类以甲醛为主,也可用多聚甲醛和其他高级醛类、糠醛等。作涂料的酚醛树脂常用植物油类、松香等天然树脂改性;作胶粘剂时常混以环氧树脂、聚乙烯醇缩醛、丁腈橡胶等改性。 当甲醛/苯酚(摩尔比)小于1时,可得热塑性产物,称热塑性酚醛树脂,即线型酚醛树脂,结构为:

式中m=0~2,l=0~1,k=0~1,n<10。甲阶段树脂含能进一步缩聚的羟甲基,因此不需加固化剂即能固化:加热下反应得到乙阶段树脂,又称半溶酚醛树脂,不溶不熔但可溶胀和软化。再进一步反应则得到不溶不熔的体型结构丙阶段树脂,也称不溶酚醛树脂。甲阶段树脂长期存放也能自行固化。 酚醛树脂主要作为模压和层压塑料、涂料、油漆、胶粘剂,广泛应用在电子、电器、木材工业等,制成增强塑料,也作为烧蚀材料用于空间技术。酚醛树脂还可制成耐温、耐燃的纤维。 |
