性质:一种天然合金,直接来自加拿大还原镍矿石所得的转炉铳。如今已成为人工配制合金。在Ni70Cu30基础上发展了一系列合金,其中成分为67%镍、28%铜以及铁、锰、硅和其他元素5%。熔点1349℃。密度8.8g/cm3。拉伸强度448MPa。延伸率50%(与处理情况有关)。蒙乃尔合金在空气、淡水和海水中有好的抗蚀性能,强度较高,耐热性能稳定。适于制造高强度高耐蚀和抗磁性零件,如船用螺旋桨轴、叶轮、泵轴、加热设备和医疗器械,化工用结构件等。
