性质:又称坑蚀,斑点腐蚀,小孔腐蚀或点蚀。金属表面大部分区域腐蚀相对较轻,而某些局部出现向纵深发展的腐蚀小孔的腐蚀形态。孔蚀的原因是活性阴离子导致表面钝化膜局部破坏。具有钝化能力的金属如不锈钢、铝合金及碳钢等,在含氯离子介质中经常发生孔蚀。蚀孔的发展速度有时很快,可以深入金属甚至短时间内蚀穿金属截面,且较难预测,因此孔蚀往往比均匀腐蚀具有更大的危害性。可以通过降低介质中的有害阴离子浓度,采用涂层保护、添加缓蚀剂和阴极保护等方法予以减轻或防止。
