Three N-12-hydroxyacylamino acid based surfactants(acidic,basic and neutral) were synthesized using 12-hydroxystearic and three kinds of natural amino acid as main raw materials and N,N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS) as coupling agents.
