When autumn turns to winter, temperatures gradually drop and the wind feels especially chilly at night, making some tremble. You could catch cold and get sick, so it’s important to pay special attention to your body. Why not drink a cup of hot tea to stay healthy? Here are some herbal brews to try as the weather gets colder.
