SANAA, Nov. 19 (Xinhua) -- Yemen may not hold presidential election as scheduled in February 2014, allowing President Abd- Rabbu Mansour Hadi to remain in office until the various parties in the national dialogue reach an agreement, the UN envoy to Yemen said Tuesday.

"All parties have agreed that the discussions and outcomes of the dialogue need more time to be implemented beyond the scheduled time and that it would be logistically impossible to conduct the major polls in February 2014," UN envoy Jamal bin Omar told Xinhua. Full story
