WASHINGTON, Nov. 15 (Xinhua) -- It was on Aug. 29, 2012, when four missiles launched from a U.S. drone killed five men outside a mosque in Kashamir, a remote village in southeast Yemen. The strike killed three suspected al-Qaeda in Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) members, and also Salim bin Ahmed Ali Jaber, a popular cleric who preached against the very terrorist organization, and his cousin Walid Abdullah bin Ali Jaber, the village's only policeman.
