GAZA, Oct. 31 (Xinhua) -- A Hamas militant was killed and several others were injured in a shelling by Israel that targeted a group of Hamas gunmen in the southeastern part of the Gaza Strip, security sources and witnesses said Thursday.
The Hamas-run interior ministry said the shelling targeted militants east of Khan Younis city, which Israel's tanks and bulldozers entered in a sudden incursion. Full story
