Participants are chatting with each other. The 8th World Instant Noodles Summit opened at the Renaissance Tianjin TEDA Convention Centre Hotel in Tianjin, China on May 19. The three-day event attracts a total of 163 businesses coming in from 25 countries and regions across the world, which are expected to join the event to discuss issues regarding instant noodles and how these relate to food safety, disaster relief, nutrition and health. Mr. Peter Vogt, Managing Director of Nestlé Products Sdn Bhd, announces that Wei Ing-Chou, CEO of Tianyi Holding Group, will serve as the Director General of WINA for the next two years.
