The just concluded Hengqin-Macao camping fair packed in 10,000 visitors on Saturday and Sunday. The event was held in the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, Guangdong province, and aimed to activate the development of the camping economy by establishing a platform for exhibitors, buyers, and other parties in the sector to facilitate negotiations and partnerships.
It intends to assist the industry in developing new "camping plus" business models and inject economic vitality into the diverse development of the Hengqin-Macao zone.
The event attracted more than 30 brands, covering camping equipment and artifacts. Wang Li, an officer from the China Youth Travel Service (Guangdong) International Conference and Exhibition Co, said that this event is undoubtedly a major camping platform in the Greater Bay Area.
Wang added it has helped promote a healthy outdoor lifestyle and served as a strong vehicle for stimulating consumption. "We conducted thorough inspections of various brands to understand the latest trends and products in outdoor camping gear, and we exchanged contact information to lay the foundation for future collaboration and communication," Wang said.
