A Poem to Time served as a poignant homage to the past and a celebration of the enduring allure of poetic beauty encapsulated in every fleeting moment. This grand event seamlessly melded the splendor of nature with the artistry of poetry, creating a surreal ambiance where time seemed to pause, allowing attendees to bask in its timeless essence.
The ensemble commenced with the mesmerizing performance of the experimental dance piece Time, Which Is Passing Us By, set to a melodious concerto. Through the graceful language of movement, the dancers eloquently conveyed the enchanting ebb and flow of time, captivating the audience with their poignant interpretation.
Renowned scholar Yu Dan, hailing from the School of Arts and Communication at Beijing Normal University and serving as the dean of the Beijing Institute of Culture Innovation and Communication, delivered a lecture titled Tangible Time, delving into the intrinsic charm and significance of time in our lives.
The evening further unfolded with anchor Ouyang Xiadan and actor Li Chun's heartfelt recitation of Rose of Time, suffused with profound emotion, followed by soul-stirring melodies from Xiao Ying and his band, enchanting the audience with their musical prowess.
