Sip Siip Wine & Food recently opened its doors in Beijing, introducing a fresh approach to wine enjoyment — customers can have unrestricted wine consumption within three hours. This bistro serves as a trendy spot for urban gatherings, offering a diverse selection of wines against an inviting backdrop.
The restaurant thoughtfully curated 28 key grape varieties from 14 well-known wine regions worldwide. From dry reds and whites to semisweet and sweet options, along with sparkling wines like champagne, they showcase a variety of choices, many sourced from reputable vineyards.
The wine list undergoes monthly adjustments, ensuring a mix of familiar favorites and exciting new selections.
Architect Zhao Fang designed the restaurant space with a captivating blend of materials, using bricks and stones along with arched structures. This transforms the venue into a wine cellar, creating an immersive experience for guests.
The menu features carefully crafted appetizers that pair well with the wines. Ingredients and flavors are inspired by regions such as Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, and Guangdong, bringing out the best from each area.
The culinary team has developed dozens of unique sauces that are rich and diverse, adding depth to the dining experience while paying tribute to the local influences of both food and wine.
