As the New Year holiday draws near, numerous restaurants in Beijing have unveiled exclusive Christmas and New Year menus, crafting distinctive festive memories for their patrons.

Chef Maxime Maziers from TRB Hutong has adeptly led his team in creating unique menus for both Christmas and New Year's Eve. A standout dish on the New Year's Eve menu is the Scottish langoustine with citrus, champagne sabayon, and caviar, while the blue lobster with spices and fresh almond is also a noteworthy highlight.

Iberico Restaurant introduces a special Christmas lunch available on weekdays. The three-course set menu comprises an appetizer, a main dish, and a dessert. A standout recommendation is the beef shank with mashed potatoes and mushrooms, and the desserts, whether it's the Santa's Hat or the Christmas log cake, are equally enticing options.

At Fork, a special Christmas brunch menu is offered until the end of the month. The Christmas breadbasket, featuring basil and mint oil along with aged Balsamic vinegar, sets a refreshing tone. A standout in the egg dishes category allows diners to choose between turning their eggs into Eggs Benedict with bacon and hollandaise, a sunny-side-up egg with grilled pepper, wheat toast, and herb salad, or a poached egg with tuna sauce and spinach.
