The "I Love Italian Coffee" master class was held on March 24 in Beijing, inviting 50 food and beverage professionals and media figures to learn about Italian coffee.
The event, hosted by the Italian Trade Agency Beijing Office and the Italian embassy in China, presented the history and culture of Italian coffee as well as differences in coffee roasting methods.
Gianpaolo Bruno, director of the office, said: "Italian coffee is more than just a beverage, it's an art form. With each sip, you taste the excellence of centuries of passion, tradition, and expertise, crafted into a perfect cup that awakens the senses and soothes the soul."
"Whether enjoyed as a quick pick-me-up in a busy cafe or savored slowly over conversation with friends, Italian coffee is one of the beloved moments of daily life in Italy and a world-renowned symbol of the Italian lifestyle, a celebration of life's pleasures and a commitment to living in the moment and savoring in a cup all that life has to offer," he said.
