World's top 10 cities with high level data openness

Shanghai has taken the first spot in the level of data openness among global 30 cites, followed by New York City and Chicago, according to the latest index released by a development research center of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences.
The opening data index is the world's first professional index focusing on the degree of data openness and data value released in major cities around the world. Since it was first launched in 2019, it has become a "barometer" to global cities on data opening.
Now, let's take a look at the 10 cities with high level data openness.
No 10 Qingdao
