Amy Lyons is an Australian who has tasted hundreds of Chinese dishes in over 60 cities and made Vlogs to share her love of China in the past eight years.

China is a country with over five thousand years' history. She is deeply attracted by Chinese food, history and culture, said Amy.

Amy first came to China as an exchange student in Shanghai in 2014. After returning to Australia, she missed the country very much. So she decided to return to China to study Mandarin at Tsinghua University in 2017.

Although being repeatedly questioned why she liked China so much made her sad at the beginning, she decided to work harder to make better videos about China, letting more people know a different China.

Only when people have been to China by themselves, can they know what present-day China is. Don't judge a place with prejudice if one hasn't been there, said Amy.

Amy said she and her boyfriend expect to return to China when international travel is allowed and their next stop would be Changchun, Northeast China's Jilin province.
