Two people died and about 10 are still trapped under a two-story hotel in Xiangfen county, Linfen of Shanxi province, which collapsed at around 9:40 am in the morning on Saturday, China Central Television reported.

By 12 am, 23 victims buried in the rubble were rescued. Search and rescue operations are underway.
