Top 10 areas for investment in next 3 yrs

China's high-net-worth individuals, or those with more than 10 million yuan ($1.45 million) in total assets, will increase most investments in their residences in the next three years, according to the Hurun Chinese Luxury Consumer Survey 2020.

Overseas investments have increased 4.9 percentage points after a three-year decrease to become the second-largest investment for high-net-worth individuals in China, followed by stocks and fixed-income investments.
