A six-story apartment building collapsed in the Luohu District of the city of Shenzhen on Wednesday, according to a report by Xinhua.

Video recorded at the scene that is circulating online shows that the building split into two parts, with one half partially collapsing and leaning into the standing half of the building.

Rescue work is underway. No deaths or injuries have been reported so far, and report says that most of the residents had been evacuated before the collapse.
