On receiving a bill of exchange presented for acceptance by the holder, the drawee shall write out a receipt to the holder.
付款人收到持票人提示承兑的汇票时，应当向持票人签发收到汇票的回单。

"Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, a bill must be duly presented for payment. "
除本条例另有规定外，汇票须正式作付款提示。

下列各项有关汇票之条文，不适用于本票：承兑提示；承兑；有拒绝证书之承兑；成套汇票。

Acceptance of draft: in the case of a usance draft, for example, at 120 days' sight, it must be presented to the drawee for acceptance.
承兑汇票倘若使用远期汇票，比如120天远期，它必须向受票人提示并由其承兑。
