After the entry into force of this Act in its entirety, a country may not accede to earlier Acts of this Convention.

The present Protocol may be denounced by a Party at any time afterthe date on which the Pro tocol enters into force for that Party.
任何缔约国可在本议定书对其生效之后，随时退出本议定书。

This protocol shall come into force on the day on which it is sign by the two government.
本议定书自两国政府签字之日起生效。

3. This Protocol shall be deposited with the Director-General of the WTO.
３．本议定书应交存ＷＴＯ总干事。

(4) The Director General shall register this Act with the Secretariat of the United Nations.
（4）总干事应将本议定书交联合国秘书处登记。

Subject to paragraph 4 of this Article, the present Protocol shallbe subject to ratificatio n, acceptance or approval by the States whichhave signed it.
除本条第４款另有规定外，本议定书有待已签署本议定书的国家批准、接受或核准。
10.
The present Protocol shall enter into force for the States whichhave ratified, accepted, a pproved or acceded to it on the ninetieth dayfollowing the date on which the following requirement s are fulfilled;
本议定书将在下列条件满足之日后第９０天，对批准、接受、核准或加入本议定书的国家生效。
11.
As between the Parties to this Protocol, the Convention and the Protocol shall be read and interpreted together as one single instrument.
在本议定书的各缔约国之间，本公约与议定书就作为一个文件，结合起来阅读和解释。
12.
A denunciation of the Convention by a State Party shall be deemedto be a denunciation of th is Protocol by that Party.
缔约国退出公约应被视为也退出本议定书。

2. This Protocol shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the day of its acceptance.
2．本议定书应在接受之日后第３0天生效。

(2) Any country may denounce this Act by notification addressed to the Director General.
（２）任何国家可以通知总干事退出本议定书。
15.
(1) (a) This Act shall be signed in a single copy in the French language and shall be deposited with the Government of Sweden.
（１）（ａ）本议定书的签字本为一份，用法语写成，由瑞典政府保存。
16.
In the latter case, this Act shall enter into force with respect to that country on the date thus indicated.
在后一情况下，本议定书对该国应在其指定的日期发生效力。

4. This Protocol shall be registered in accordance with the provisions of Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations.
4．本议定书应依照《联合国宪章》第102条的规定予以登记。
18.
If a country indicates a subsequent date in its instrument of accession, this Act shall enter into force with respect to that country on the date thus indicated.
如果该国在其加人书中指定了以后的日期，本议定书应在其指定的日期对该国发生效力。
