Based on drought-waterlogging grades data from 1470 to 2000 of 13 meteorological observation,average drought-waterlogging grades and drought-waterlogging index are used to represent the level of drought-waterlogging.
本文以研究范围内有代表性的 1 3个气象台站自 1 470年至 2 0 0 0年旱涝等级资料为基础 ,采用平均旱涝等级值和旱涝灾害指数作为旱涝灾害的指标 ,较确切地反映出该研究范围内各年旱涝灾害轻重的程度 ;凭籍 L epage检验、功率谱等方法 ,对近 5 30年的不同时间尺度的阶段性、周期性和突变特点进行了分析 ;引进均生函数累加延拓的时序建模方案 ,对该区的旱涝灾害序列有很好的拟合和预测效果。

In April 3 to 11 and April 23 of 2007,the seedling of early rice were dead serious because of long duration time of low temperature and cool injury and heavy rain flood disaster in late spring in Yulin.
2007年4月3~11日和4月23日,玉林市出现持续时间长的晚春低温冷害及暴雨涝灾,造成玉林农业气象观测地段早稻严重死苗,且观测地段灾情明显重于周围稻田。

Yearly Charts of Dryness/Wetness in China for the Last 500 years Period
zhongguo Jin wubainian hanlao fenbu tuii《中国近五百年旱涝分布图集》(Yearlr Clu刁禹of刀，记“/Wet~in Chinafor the加t 500 years Per衣以)反映中国近500年早涝分布状况的著作。该书收集了中国历史文献，尤其是巧世纪以来的各地地方志书中有关气候的记载;绘制了中国自1470~1979年历史旱涝分布图共引0幅;1951~1979年实测降水量和降水距平百分率分布图共119幅;以及全国120个站点sro年旱涝等级序列表。 该图集由中央气象局气象科学研究院主持，北京大学、南京大学等全国so多个单位共同完成。它是研究气候变化的珍贵资料，也是气候资源分析、利用的重要参考文献，可供生产建设、科学研究、经济规划等部门参考使用。
