The article mainly uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to theoretically evaluate the growth of the FCO on the realistic view,it s based on the hierarchical model,through the judgment matrix,then tests the single order results using the consistency,finally obtains the total order results of the FCO s growth evaluation system and analyzes simply.
